Tera Bailey is a U.S. Army retiree, wife, mother, and the woman behind The Woosah Warrior. After 20+ years of service — carrying weight that soldiers don't always put down when they come home — Tera discovered yoga and breathwork as the most powerful tools she'd ever been handed.
She became RYT-200 certified, not to teach poses, but to teach presence. To create the space she'd always needed. The Woosah Warrior was born from that journey — a sanctuary for women who are done white-knuckling their lives and ready to exhale.
Based in North Myrtle Beach, SC, with her husband and son, Tera now leads retreats around the world that combine travel, transformation, and the unmatched power of sisterhood.
